All contestants must be 60 years of age or older before April 8, 2006 (the day of the Festival) and a resident of Etowah
County. Application forms are available at The Chamber, the City of Rainbow City, and on this website by clicking the
link below. All forms must be returned by Friday, March 31, 2006.
Contestants will be judged on involvement and achievement in their community, church, charity, and service club activities.
Final selection will be based on the written application, appearance and one question asked on stage. Senior Queen will
wear a crown and Senior King will wear a top hat.
The 2006 Senior King and Queen will be asked to represent the Chocolate Festival in Rainbow City for the entire year.
They will be asked to make special appearance throughout the year.
