All contestants must be between the ages of 2 and 5 years of age before April 8, 2006 (the day of the
Festival) and a resident of Etowah County.
Applications forms are available at The Chamber, The City of Rainbow City and on this website by clicking the
link to the left. All forms must be returned by Friday, March 31, 2006.
